NarVla 30 Day Return Policy


Your jewelry or diamond ring purchase is backed by the NarVla 30 Day Internet Refund Policy. NarVla wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore you may return any item to our offices within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.


Once NarVla receives the returned item and it has been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department and accepted your refund or new item will be processed in a timely manner. Please note-returned merchandise must be intact and not have been altered, resized (by a jeweler outside of NarVla), or damaged in any way that cannot be honored for return. If an item is defective or not as ordered, you have the option or requesting a refund or an exchange for the purchase.


*** Bridal rings/loose diamond returns-The bridal ring must be returned in its original condition, in original packaging with the original diamond grading certification. Should the diamond be returned without the grading report, there will be a $150.00 replacement fee. NarVla will also inspect the returned diamond and grading report before any refund is issued. There will be a $150.00 restocking fee for all non-stock rings (14k sizes 5 or smaller, 9 or larger, and all 18k and platinum rings, and the Couture Collection).


Return Procedures:

  1. In order for NarVla to process a return you must contact our customer service department at 877-662-7852. When calling you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Code. Write this RMA code on the return label and outside of the box so it can be clearly seen.
  2. Place your order in any standard plain box (You can purchase these from the U.S. Post office for less than $2.00). Include all original packaging and collateral material, including the diamond grading certification report if returning a ring.
  3. Insure your package. Please refer to your invoice for the price of the item you are returning: Value Less than $500-Send your item(s) using First Class Mail with insurance for the purchase price. Value Above $500-Send your item(s) via U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents and request a return receipt for confirmation that the package has reached NarVla. (Please note Fedex and UPS will not insure merchandise valued over $500).
  4. Ship all packages to NarVla’s headquarters located at:

  5. Depending on your location the package should arrive in our office within 2-10 days.
  6. All refunds will be administered within 5 business days and handled in the form of the original purchase method.


Packages sent to NarVla’s office without an RMA code, shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or that are incorrectly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.


Narvla will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments
